“F1”

When your husband is commenting on Brad Pitt’s gorgeous looks more than you at the end of the film, you know it was the perfect summer movie for both of you. F1 starts strong, and brings you right into the elite, competitive and luxe world of Formula One racing. Pitt plays the “old guy” making a comeback while his young team-mate (well played by Damson Idris) is a little too cocky for his own good.  The movie is “formulaic” but entertaining with some romance, a few nail-biting race scenes and plenty of dramatic turns. Despite a run-time of 2.5 hours, the movie pace is excellent and you’ll walk away asking yourself how the hell does Brad Pitt still look so good?
