Owala and Ciele

Speaking of outdoor bootcamp, I highly recommend staying hydrated and sun-protected with my two favorite products: an Odwala insulated water bottle and a Ciele running hat.  You will not only be practicing self-care, you’ll look stylish doing it. Favorite attributes of my cute, camo water bottle are that it keeps water cold for hours and the 24 oz. size is easy to carry around and the perfect amount of water for an LMNT electrolyte packet.  With a built-in straw, you can sip it or gulp it. And it’s dishwasher safe!
