Tomato Peach Burrata Salad

Adding ripe, juicy peach slices to my tomato burrata salad has added a whole new dimension to this classic summer dish - shout out to Amy B. for your inspiration. This recipe is super simple and I love that it calls for both heirloom (if you can find them) and cherry tomatoes.  I top it with basil from my herb garden and drizzle it with balsamic glaze so it’s a colorful taste sensation to compliment any dinner.
