Charles and Chase Koch

Shout out to Noah for introducing me to the podcast, “All In”.  This episode features the co-founder of Koch Industries, Charles and his son, Chase. At 90 years old, Charles is as sharp as a tack and talks about the principles and values that are at the heart of Koch Industries, a $125 billion company that is privately owned. The multi-national conglomerate owns Georgia-Pacific and Molex among many other manufacturing businesses.  Father and son have a lovely and loving rapport discussing their book, “Becoming a Principle Driven Leader”. Any manager or business owner, no matter the company size, will find valuable and applicable take-aways from the Kochs.  A core lesson for me:  Stick to your principles and success will follow.
